摘要
针对螺检失效的现象,从受力分析角度出发,提出了其失效的原因:(1)当工作载荷加大或装配预应力超过螺栓的强度极限时,螺栓发生失效,表现为螺栓断裂;(2)当装配预应力裕量太小时,而螺栓经常过载工作,导致接触面松动,同样会导致螺栓或接触面磨损.在此基础上得出结论,主要国产设备的螺栓设计强度是足够的,且还有一定潜力可挖,而螺栓失效的原因是使用不当.
This papere studies failure of stud bolts under loading.The first,when workloading or pretension in assembling exceeds their strength limit,they will be broken.The second,the small allowance of the pretensions in a ssembling often results in loose contact,heavy wear between both surfaces.On the basis of this,the design strength of the stud bolts for main domestic equipments is regarded strong enough,and still has more potential for use,for their failure maining results from non-propor use.
