本文对哺乳动物基因组印记现象、印记的可能机制、已发现的哺乳动物中的一些印记基因及其表达调控和重要的生物学意义作一综述。
The article reviews the mechanisms of genomic imprinting.It also demonstrates several imprinted genes and their regulation of expression and the important biological significance of gneomic imprinting in mammal.
