HSP70在内毒素休克大鼠胰腺的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察内毒素休克大鼠胰腺的病理改变及HSP70的表达情况。方法 :33只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、内毒素小剂量组 (5mg/kg)及大剂量组 (1 0mg/kg) ,于处理后 1h及处死时采血测血糖及血清淀粉酶 ,处死后取胰腺免疫组化法测定HSP70及INs的表达。结果 :内毒素休克大鼠血糖及血清淀粉酶正常 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;胰腺组织HSP70表达增强 ,处理组与对照组比较强阳性表达率明显增高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;小剂量组的强阳性率又较大剂量组显著增强 (P<0 .0 1 )。 3组的Ins表达率无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :内毒素可诱导胰腺HSP70的表达增强 ,从而使胰腺产生内毒素耐受。 Objective: To observe the pathological changes and the expression of HSP70 in the shock rats induced by endotoxin.Methods:33 healthy wistar rats were randomly allocated to control group, group received small dosage of endotoxin(5 mmg/kg), and large dosage group (10 mg/kg). We determined the blood glucose and serum amylase 1 hour after endotoxin treatment and dying time. The expression of HSP70 and insulin in pancrease were also determined. Results:There were no pathologicalchange in pancreasetissueand bloodglucoseandserumamylaselevelamongthe 3 groups (P>0.05). The expression of HSP70 was higher in endotoxin treatment group than that in control group (P<0.01), particularly that in the small dosage treatment group was higher than that in large dosage group (P<0.01). There were no difference among the 3 groups of the expression of insulin (P>0.05).Conclusion:Endotoxin could increase the expression of HSP70 in rat pancrease, which could induce the resistance to endotoxin.
