摘要
目的 :探讨不同时期婴幼儿血管瘤的生物学行为与诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)之间的关系。方法 :根据Mulliken的病理生物学特征分为血管瘤增殖期、消退期以及血管畸形。采用免疫组化的染色方法进行检测。结果 :血管瘤各不同时期的iNOS显色程度不同 ,血管瘤增殖早期与其它各期比较有差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,所有血管病变的组织中均有iNOS阳性显色 ,血管瘤比血管畸形显色程度深 ,两者比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :不同时期血管瘤、血管畸形与iNOS的表达有相关性。不同时期血管瘤的病变不仅与肿瘤组织内NO/iNOS浓度有关 。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression and localization of inducible nitric oxide synthases (iNOS) and the biological behavior characterization of the various phases of hemangioma in infancy and childhood. Methods: Clinically diagnosed hemangioma cases were categorized as proliferative phase and involating phase and the vascular malformation based on the pathological and biological behavior characterization of Mulliken's. The tissues were examined by using immunohistochemical staining. Results: Expression of iNOS was found in various phases of hemangioma and vascular lesion. There was a significant difference in iNOS expression between the early proliferative phase and the others (P<0.05). The expression of iNOS in hemangioma was higher than that in vascular malformation (P<0.01). Conclusion: Expression of iNOS varies in different phases of hemangioma and vascular malformation. The biological characteristics of hemangioma correlates to the concentration of iNOS and the time of iNOS duration.
