武钢第二热轧厂采用新工艺、新设备提高带钢板材质量 ,横切线为 2 2 5 0mm宽板线 ,属国内首条线 ,有 2台矫直机组成 ,每台矫直机采用了当今世界先进的 4个主液压缸作为主压下装置 ,顶部液压缸楔铁位置控制装置 ,底辊液压缸楔铁位置控制装置等多项先进的技术设备 ,矫直机不仅能矫直板材 ,而且还能消除板材的内应力 ,提高板材的质量。

To improve the quality of steel plates a number of advanced technologies and most updated equipments have been adopted in the No.2 Hot Rolling Mill of WISCO. Its 2*!250*!mm wide plate shearing line consisting of two levelers is the first line of its kind in China. Each of the levelers is equipped with four of the most world advanced main hydraulic cylinders as its primary reduction unit and two wedge iron position control devices for both the top and bottom hydraulic cylinders.The levelers can not only straighten the flat steel products, but also eliminate the inner stress of the steel plates so as to raise the quality of the flat steel products.
