研制甘蔗叶还田机械技术的关键是如何使碎叶工作部件能及时将地上的蔗叶捡拾起来,进行有效切割粉碎,且不伤甘蔗宿根。为此,介绍了甘蔗碎叶机工作原理和有关工作参数。通过田间正交试验和理论分析,得出了碎叶部件工作参数的最优组合,为甘蔗碎叶机碎叶部件的优化设计提供了依据。

The principium and parameters of sugarcane broken-leaf machine were introduced in the paper. By the analysis of systematically theory and field experiments, it educe the best combination of the cut-up parts of the sugarcane broken-leaf machine, which can provide design basis for the exploitation.
