摘要
对建设用地审批电子政务系统的业务流程、数据流程以及OfficeGIS应用模型进行了较为深入的分析,并以此为基础进行软件模型设计,以期能为我国建设用地审批电子政务系统的现代化、信息化、网络化发展提供可行的解决方案。
This text uses models to carry on comparatively deep analysis to business procedure, data procedure and Office GIS that construction land examine and approve the E-government system, and design the software model based on this, expect and can examine and approve E-government modernization, informationization, networked to develop and offer the feasible solution of system for of our country construction land.
