摘要
采用氧乙炔喷焊工艺,制备农业机械特殊工况条件下的耐磨涂层,采用均匀试验对喷焊材料的组成进行设计,对涂层的组织和性能进行了研究分析。结果表明:该涂层具有良好的耐磨料磨损性能,比过去的工艺提高使用寿命3~8倍,具有很大的经济效益。
By using of the technology of spray-welding, the wear-resistant coating used in agricultural machines was produced. The composition of spray-welding powders was designed by equality method. The microstructure and properties of the coating was investigated and analyzed. The result shows that the coating has good abrasive wear resistivity, the using life is 3~8 times longer than the life of old technology. It has significant benefit in the economy.
