摘要
制备了由有机空穴传输层和有机发光层组成的双层有机薄膜电致发光器件,器件的发光亮度相对于单层器件有了很大的提高。并用不同深度区域的掺杂方法,对其电致发光机理作了探讨。对单、双层器件的不同的亮度电流关系、不同的发光区域进行了分析和讨论.
The two layer structure organic thin film EL device containing hole trans-port layer and light-emitting layer has been made.The hole transport material is diamine bnbvvbm 1and the light-emitting material is Alq_3 in the device.The brightness of the device is higher than that of single layer device.By changing DCM doped layer at different position in light-emitting film,the mechanism of electroluminescence of the device has been investigated.It
is shown that the exciton is generated at the interface of diamine and light-emitting Alq_3 layer,and diffuses only in Alq_3 towards Aluminium cathode and forms exponential distri-bution.The diffusion length of the exciton was evaluated as 20 nm.
