摘要
通过变形工序的合理安排以及变形程度的合理分配,设计合理的原始坯料形状,采用适宜的冷、温锻模具结构,获得了一种能够用于大批量工业生产的超高强度钢30CrMnSiNi2制薄壁壳体的精密成形工艺。从而解决了超高强度钢制薄壁壳体制造过程中的关键技术难题,为宇航、兵器等行业普遍采用的这类薄壁壳体零件的研究和生产提供了一种实用、高效、经济、可靠的精密成形工艺。
A precision forming technique is obtained through the ways of proper arrangement of deformation stages, suitable
distribution of deformation degree, rational choice of blanks, good design of cold and warm forging die sets; it is used for
commercial - scale manufacturing thin - wall shell bodies made of ultra - high - strength steels. The key technique problem
has been solved for the machining technology of shell bodies with thin wall and deep blind hole made of ultra - high - strength
steels; it is a economical and reliable precision forming technology for the research and production of components with thin
wall and deep blind hole commonly adopted in the industries of ordnance and aerospace and so on.
