摘要
研究了无压和热压烧结Ce-CP/Al_2O_3陶瓷材料组织和性能。结果表明,热压烧结时,材料在1400℃,保温1h的条件下达到充分致密,此时相对密度为98.6%,这一结果与热压过程中的外加压力大大促进材料的致密化有关;而无压烧结时,材料达到充分致密化的温度为1500℃,相对密度为97.5%。另外,同无压烧结的样品相比,热压样品的微观组织细小,综合力学性能优良。
The microstructures and mechanical properties of Ce - TZP/Al_2O_3 ceramics prepared by pressureless and hot -
pressing sintering were investigated. It was shown that, the hot - pressed samples with a relative density of 98.6% reached
full densification at sintering temperature of 1400℃, holding time of 1h and pressure of 20MPa, this result was attributed to
the external pressure promoting and accelerating the process of densification, whereas the pressureless - sintered samples with
a relative density of 97.5% were fully densified at 1500℃, additionally, the mechanical properties of the hot - pressed
samples with fine grains were better than that of pressureless samples.
