摘要
LED 按发光光谱可分为紫外、可见和红外 LED。本文叙述的是可见LED 的重要参数——发光强度的测试原理及光强测试仪的研制,并给出了部分线径在φ6以下的可见 LED 的测试数据及误差分析。
According to the light spectrum of LED,LEDs can be divided into ultravio-let,visible and infrared LEDs.‘Light Intensity' is an important parameter of the visible LED.In this paper,the principles and fabricating techniques of the LED lignt-intensity me-ter as well as the measuring method for the light-intensity are given.The measurement da-ta of φ6 and smaller visible LED and their errors analysis are also presented.
