复蒸银对银氧铯光电阴极特性的改进

Performance Improvement in Manufacturing Ag-O-Cs Photocathode by Repeating Evaporation Silver

本文叙述了复蒸银对银氧铯阴极发射性质的改进。并对复蒸银前后阴极的热发射功函数与光电发射功函数分别作了计算比较。

This paper describes an effective improvement of the emissive properties of the Ag-O-Cs photocathode by repeating evaporation silver.The thermionic work function and the photoelectric work function of the Ag-O-Cs cathodes are calculated and compared under two conditions,i.e.the primary state of Ag-O-Cs and after repeating evaporation silver.
