摘要
针对现今无人值守与远程监控的要求 ,本文研究了基于网络的远程视频监控系统。本系统由前端多个监控点 ,远程视频服务器 ,客户端监控中心和通信网络构成。在视频压缩上采用适应能力强的 H.2 63协议 ,减少网络数据流量 ,以便多路数据的同时传递 ,通信采用光纤网络 ,可根据需要采用 TCP/IP或者 UDP协议进行网络传输 ,实际中投入变电站无人值守管理使用 ,也可以用于其他无人值守现场。
For the requirements of remote monitoring and nobody on duty,In this paper,we discuss a remote video monitoring system based on network.Thissystem constitutes of some monitor points,video servers,client control center and communication network. H.263 protocol is selected as the compression way for its better adaptability.The light fibre network is used for multi-chunnel data transfers.In practice user can choose the TCP/IP or UDP protocol by the network status,and this system can be not only used in the substation,but also other video monitoring environments.
