摘要
对由二对隐性重叠不育基因与一对隐性上位抑制基因控制的三隐性核不育进行的研究表明:1该不育系不育性彻底,基本上不受环境影响而出现微粉影响制种纯度,且制种容易;2在不育系的选育中纯合两型系是基础,临保系的筛选是关键,为了加快育种进程,要在分析基因型及其杂交后代出现比率的基础上选择最佳的途径;3三隐性核不育的恢复源极广,优势组合选择的范围大。4筛选较多临保系可丰富不育系的遗传基础。由于三隐性核不育系育性彻底,恢复源广,制种容易,因而具有广阔的应用前景。
In recent years, specific study was done on three recessive GMS in breeding of double low hybrid rapeseed, whose fertility was controlled by the interaction between two pairs of recessive duplicate sterile genes and one pair of recessive epistatie inhibitor genes. The result showed that: ①The sterility of the three recessive GMS was very thorough, and was not affected basically by the environment to bring the trace pollens, so the purity of hybrids was not affected and the hybrids multiplication of this kind of GMS was easy. ② The selection of the homozygous two-type line was the foundation and the temporary maintainer was the crux. In order to quicken breeding progress, the best way must be screened on the basis of analyzing genotype and investigating separate ratio of the combinations and generations.③ The restorer of the three recessive GMS was very rich, therefore there was a wide range in combination screening with strong heterosis.④ To screen more temporary maintainer may rich genetic basis of the sterile line. The three recessive GMS had a wide prospect, because its sterility was very thorough, its restorer was very rich and its hybrids multiplication was easy.
