遗传同型交配下一对等位基因群体的Shannon信息熵

The Entropy of a Pair Alleles Population in Mating of Homologous Genotypes

研究了在遗传同型交配下的世代交替中,一对等位基因群体的基因型信息熵和配子间的互信息。结果表明:随世代交替,随机交配下的平衡群体的基因型信息熵逐代减少、配子间的互信息逐代增加。从信息学角度看,在遗传同型交配下群体的遗传多样性逐代减少,配子间的信息交流逐代增加。最后应用Matlab进行了模拟,验证了所推导结果的正确性。

The character of genotypes entropy and inter-zygotes′ inter-entropy of a pair alleles population in mating of homologous genotypes was studied. The results showed that genotypes entropy increasingly fell, and inter-zygotes′ inter-entropy increasingly rose in mating of homologous genotypes. It showed that genetical diversity of population is falling,and that connect of inter-zygotes is becoming more and more at the course of change. At last, the coclusions were tested and verified by imitation of computer.
