摘要 采用正丁醇萃取水溶液中银杏黄酮苷,研究萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取次数对萃取效果的影响,并对银杏黄酮苷的检测方法做了改进,获得最佳萃取条件为萃取时间5min,萃取温度60℃,萃取次数4次,在此条件下萃取物中黄酮苷的含量为57%,收率为77%。 The extraction of gingko flavonoid glycosides from the liquid phase used n-butanol as solvent.The influences of technological factors such as time,temperature,extracting times on the extraction were described.And the analysis method of gingko flavonoid glycosides was improved.The optimal extraction condition was obtained as follows:extracting time 5 min,extracting temp.60℃,times of extracting 4.In optimal condition,the final extract was obtained with purity of 57%,recovery of 77%.
