摘要 通过比较3种大孔阴离子交换树脂对苹果汁中果酸的吸附效果,得出D300R树脂对果酸的吸附效果最佳。在此基础上探讨了D300R树脂对果酸的吸附性能及pH值、温度对此树脂吸附性能的影响。结果表明D300R树脂对果酸的最大吸附体积可达树脂体积的18倍,其最佳操作参数为pH4.0,温度45℃。 The experiments to compare the adsorption efficiency of fruit acid from apple juice by use of three macroporous negative ion exchange resins were conducted, and the results showed that the adsorption efficiency of D300R was the highest. Furthermore, the influence of factors such as pH and temperature on the adsorption efficiency of D300R, and the adsorption capacity of D300R were experimentally analyzed. The results showed that the maximum adsorption amount of fruit acid was 18 times of the volume of D300R, and the optimal operation specifications were pH4.0 and 45℃.
