摘要
为了满足我国清洁汽油硫和烯烃含量越来越低的要求 ,抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)新开发了OCT-M、FRS和OTA催化汽油加氢处理技术。这些技术是针对我国炼油厂催化汽油中硫和烯烃含量的不同情况而开发的 ,在大幅度降低硫含量和烯烃含量的情况下 ,辛烷值损失较低 ,为炼油企业生产清洁汽油提供了灵活、经济的技术解决方案。
This paper introduces FCC naphtha hydrtreating new processes OCT-M、FRS and OTA for clean gasoline production, which is developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum Processing of SINOPEC(FRIPP). These processes are suitable to different FCC naphtha from varied refineries. Though which can deeply reduce sulfur content and olefin level in FCC naphtha, on the other hand, the octane numbe loss is very low. The processes can provide technology option for refineries to product clean gasoline from FCC naphtha with flexible and economic methods.
