关于脱除重整氢中硫化氢的研究

摘要 介绍了以连续重整装置的外送氢气体为原料 ,选择GRS -0 1新型催化剂进行活性评价试验 ,稳定性试验 ,计算硫容 ,试验结果重整氢气中的硫化氢含量小于 0 .5 μg g,硫容接近 3 0% ,满足下游装置的工艺要求 ,减少了设备腐蚀 ,并降低硫对环境的污染。 The paper presents the tests that selecting the newly developed catalyst GRS-01 on activity evaluation, stability as well as sulfide volume calculation with the hydrogen from CCR unit as raw material. The results show that the concentration of the sulfurated hydrogen in reforming hydrogen is less than 0.5 μg/g, and the sulfide volume is up to 30 %, which meet the needs of the downstream devices, decrease the pollution of sulfide to the environment and reduce the erosion of the equipments.
