摘要
介绍了香港地铁辅助变流器控制单元的设计目标、硬件构成、工作原理,阐述了由TMS320C31+80C196KC双CPU构成的控制单元核心部件-逆变控制板的硬件结构、具体实现以及与地面故障处理软件相结合构成的状态数据实时显示、故障数据记录存储、可视化分析等技术细节。
This paper presents the design target, hardware buildup & work principle of the auxiliary converter control unit for MTRC (Hong Kong),and, in the meantime, makes a detail description of the hardware structure of inverter control board-the core part of the control unit consisting of double CPUs ( TMS320C31 + 80C196KC), and its practical operation as well as the technical details, such as real-time display of status data, fault data recording and saving, and visualized analysis, etc. that come into being when in combination with the ground-based trouble shooting software.
