摘要
教育券是由美国经济学家米尔顿·弗里德曼于20世纪50年代首先提出。本文运用新制度经济学制度分析理论对教育券进行了分析,结合长兴县教育券制度的实践,提出了在我国实施教育券制度需要注意的几个问题。
The theory of “Educational Voucher” was put forward by American economist Milton Friedman in the 1950’s. Based on system analysis theory in new institutional economics, the present thesis analyses the theory of educational voucher. On that basis, this thesis brings forward some policy suggestions on possible problems aroused in case educational voucher system carried out in our country.
