改性木素复鞣剂的填充性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了含木素磺酸盐缩合物与铬(Ⅲ)络合制得的含多种活性基团复鞣剂RetannageLG在猪皮正面服装革复鞣应用中的最佳工艺条件和复鞣剂填充效果。确定的最佳工艺条件为复鞣温度40℃,复鞣时间2.0h,复鞣剂用量8%(占皮重)。应用结果表明,复鞣剂Re tannageLG具有良好的选择填充性能。 The best application conditions and retannage results of Retannage LG with active groups composed lignin sulfonic acid and Cr^(+3) in retannage of chrome tanned stock of garment pigskin were investigated. The best application conditions are that the retannage temperature is 40 ℃, the retannage time is 2.0 hrs and the dosage of Retannage LG is 8%(weight of pigskin). The experimental results showed that the altermatively filling property of Retannage LG is excellent. The basic performances of retanned garment pigskin with Retannage LG are contented.
