摘要
为了有效地控制药品包装质量 ,利用不变矩理论的平移、缩放和旋转不变性 ,对分离后的每个药品利用不变矩理论对其进行检测 ,从而判断药品包装是否合格。实验证明 ,此方法是一种高效精确的检测方法 ,精确率达 96%。
In order to control the drug's packaging quality, this paper take the moment invariants theory to inspect when image moved, enlarged and reduced, rotated. It make use of this theory to check each separated drug and judge its packaging quality. The results show that this method is a highly efficient and precise.
