摘要
用光谱法对奶粉中的蛋白质含量进行测定 ,最大吸收波长为 2 80nm ,蛋白质在 0 .5 17~ 2 .0 6 9mg/mL范围呈线性关系 ,方法回收率为 89.0 %~ 94 .0 % ,变异系数为 0 .5 4 % .,结果表明该方法简便、快速。
Spectrophotometry method was improved for the determination of protein in milk powders.The maximum absorbance is at 280 nm. The linear range of determination is 0.517~2.069 mg/mL.The recovery is 89.0%~94.0%and the coefficient of variation is 0.54%.The result indicates that this method is simple,fast,accurate and feasible.
