摘要
网络环境下传统的图书馆组织结构、管理体制制约着图书馆的发展 .图书馆业务流程的重组是图书馆发展的趋势 。
The traditional library organization structure under network environment and management system restricted the library development.And the vocational work process recombination of library is the development trend of library.This thesis mainly probed into the vocational work process recombination of library and the future movement.
