摘要
随着时代的发展,现代学生对教师的需要除了教师的学术水平与教学水平外,还有其他很多方面。本文分析并论述了教师的非学术因素对现代教学的影响。
With the development of our times,the demand of the modern students toward teachers becomes more and more.In addition to academic level and teaching level,other factors of teacher have been influencing modern students and teaching.
