摘要
伴随着知识经济时代的到来,人力资本已超越了物质资本及货币资本而成为最主要的生产要素和社会财富的重要组成部分。通过分析目前国内企业人力资源的现状,发现企业在进行人力资源管理、开发的过程中,除了借鉴和吸收先进的理论、经验外,还应加强自身企业文化的建设,并促使企业文化成为人力资源管理、开发的重要理论依据。
With the coming of knowledge-based economy age, human capitals have already overstepped the material capitals and currency capitals and become the main production factors and the important part of social wealth. Through analyzing the current situation of enterprise human resource, it is pointed out that in the process of human resource management and development, enterprise culture construction should be emphasized and it should be promoted to become the important theoretical basis of human resource management and development.
