体育教育专业大学生无氧工作能力的分析 被引量:17

摘要 为了研究体育教育专业大学生无氧工作能力的特征,对190名体育教育专业大学生进行30sWingate无氧试验。结果表明:体育男生的峰值功为8.94W/kg体重,平均功为6.66W/kg体重。女生峰值功为6.98W/kg体重,平均功为5.39W/kg体重;女生各项疲劳指标均低于男生;男子组平均蹬车转数为106rpm,女子组为87rpm。提示体育教育专业男生的无氧功能力明显大于女生,可排除体重对无氧功的影响,相对值能更好地反映人体无氧功能力;男生比女生易于疲劳;女生的蹬车速度约比男子慢18%。 In order to study the characteristics of human anaerobic work capacity,Wingate anaerobic test was determined 190 students of majoring physical education. The results indicated that male students PP 8.94w/kg BW;AP 6.66w/kg BW,and female students PP 6.98w/kg BW;AP 5.39w/kg BW. The fatigue index of female students is lower than male students. The group of male students in the average level of treading revolution is 106 rpm,and the group of male students 87 rpm. It is discovered that the male students of majoring physical education in anaerobic power capacity is evidently more than the female students,and easily fatigue. The opposite value is still finer in reflecting anaerobic power. The treading speed of female students is approximately slower 18% than the male students.
