摘要 高住低训是英文Livinghigh-traininglow(HiLo)的缩写,是近年来发展起来的一种新型耐力训练方法。从理论上讲,这种方法可以解决目前传统的高原训练的许多不足之处,如肌肉萎缩,训练强度降低,以及过度训练的易发生等。本文采用文献法,综述了高住低训训练法的起源和发展以及对运动员生理生化和运动能力方面的影响,希望能为正确认识和合理利用HiLo训练法提供指导和帮助。 HiLo comes from the abbreviation of Living high-training low, which has recently become a new endurance training method. In theory, HiLo can avoid many disadvantages of traditional altitude training, such as muscle atrophy, reduced training intensity and the liability of excess training. By means of literature review, this paper sums up HiLo's origin, development and its effects on physiology, biochemistry and sports performance of athletes, and hopes to provide some guidance and helps in getting accurate understanding and reasonable utilization of HiLo.
