对我国目前体育竞赛裁判“执法”的探析——谈裁判员综合素质与资格考核

On Referees' Executing the Rule in Sports Competitions in China ——Referees' Comprehensive Quality and Qualification Examination

通过访谈和文献研究,分析了目前我国体育竞赛"执法"过程中存在的问题,提出了裁判员应具备的综合素质,建立裁判员资格考核制度,以提高自身素质和裁判队伍整体水平,保证"执法"过程的严肃性、准确性和公正性。

Through interview and literature review, this paper analyzes the present problem existing in the course of referee executing the rule of sports competitions in China and states the comprehensive quality referees should possess. A system of qualification examination should be established for referees to improved their quality and the overall level of the team so as to ensure severity, accuracy and fairness of sports competitions.
