摘要
以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯,聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇,二羟甲基丙烯等原料合成聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树酯(PUA)。通过改变反应条件,研究和分析了温度、反应时间、催化剂浓度对树脂合成的影响,并对PUV涂料基本性能进行了初步探讨。
PUV resin was prepared from toluene-2,4-diisocyanat, poly (butylene adipate glycol) and dimethylol propionic acid. The effect of temperature, reaction time and catalyst concentration on synthesis of PUA was studied in detail, and some foundational properties of the coating were detected.
