系统以VisualBasic6.0为开发平台,采用面向对象的编程方法,利用VB提供的Automation技术,实现了多种软件(AutoCAD,Word,Excel)的跨平台集成.系统首次引入多媒体技术,以生动形象的图文、动画等资料指导用户完成系统操作,从而使小型机电灌区规划更加规范化和科学化.

With the help of Visual Basic 6.0, a multimedia computer-aided design system of the pumping irrigation district is developed. A new OO (object oriented) programming method is adopted in this system,various softwares (such as 'AutoCAD', 'Word', 'Excel', etc) are integrated by the 'Automation' technic provided by VB as well. The multimedia technic is applied to this system for the first time. With the live multimedia messages, it can not only make the system easy to operate, but also make the plan of the irrigation district more standard and scientific.
