摘要
振动强化、抛光技术用于对复杂异型曲面工件进行表面强化、抛光处理。对三维强化、抛光振动台变刚度弹性支承调谐固频的问题进行了探讨。理论分析计算与实验研究表明 :这种调谐方式是有效的。
Vibration strengthening and polishing technique is adopted for carrying out surface strengthening and polishing processing upon complicated work piece with unusual typed curved surface. An approach has been made upon problems of tuning natural frequency of variable stiffness elastic support of 3D vibration strengthening polishing vibration table. Theoretic analytical calculation and experimental study indicate that this kind of tuning mode is effective.
