黄瓜土传病害拮抗菌分离鉴定及其生物活性测定 被引量:14

摘要 从菜园地分离得到的200株细菌,通过平皿对峙培养初筛得到6个菌株ZJ7、ZJ14、ZJ31、ZJ32S1、ZJ45和A2,进一步通过促芽试验和无菌土盆栽测定,发现它们能促进黄瓜生长,增加干物质重。接种于黄瓜苗期猝倒病(Pythiumspp.)和中期枯萎病(Fusariumoxysporumf.sp.cucumerinum)的盆栽测定中,发现它们能明显提高防病效果。并且,利用细菌16SrDNA对ZJ14、ZJ32S1、ZJ45和A2进行了快速分类鉴定。 Tow hundred isolates were obtained from the soils grown vegetables. Among them, 6 strains had antagonism against Pythium aphanidermatum and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cucumerinum.These antagonism bacteria could improve germination of cucumber seeds in sterile soil in the plates and pots. Six strains of bacteria, ZJ7, ZJ14, ZJ31, ZJ32S1, ZJ45 and A2 greatly improved the growth of cucumber seedlings and their plant dry weights. These 6 antagonists were used to bio-control damping-off and Fusarium wilt of cucumber. Results showed that these 6 antagonists could suppressed the two diseases. Among 6 strains, ZJ14, ZJ32S1, ZJ45 and A2 were classified by 16S rDNA sequence cluster.
