罕见原因所致的锁骨下静脉狭窄:介入治疗成功(英文)

Subclavian vein stenosis caused by unusual etiologies: Successful treatment with interventional procedures

摘要 非血液透析原因所致的锁骨下静脉狭窄少见。本文报告2例非血透所致的锁骨下静脉狭窄,其中1例为医源性粘连所致,另1例原因不明。采用经皮血管成形及支架植入术进行治疗,效果良好,分别随访52个月和42个月保持通畅。 Subclavian vein stenosis caused by non-hemodialysis reasons is uncommon. Twocases of such stenosis were reported, which caused by iatrogenical adhesion and unknownpathogeneses, respectively. Percutaneous interventional procedures including balloon angioplastyand stenting were applied in these patients, and successful results were obtained, with 35 and25 months follow-up respectively.[
