我国冰上运动项目“北冰南展”的战略研究

Research on Strategy of"Development of Ice Sport Events from North to South" in China

采用文献资料与调查访问法,对我国冰上运动项目现状及南方一些城市开展冰上运动的基础条件进行分析。认为,实行"北冰南展"的发展战略时机已经成熟,应采取对策,调动我国南方各省市积极性,实行人才交流、与国际接轨的俱乐部运行体制等,促进我国冰上运动项目的全面开展。

By using the methods of literature, investigations and interviews, the authors of this study have made an analysis of the present situation of ice sport events of our country and the basic conditions for some southern cities to develop ice sport. They hold that the opportunity is ripe for carrying out the strategy of the development of ice sport from north to south, and it is necessary to adopt some effective countermoves, arouse the enthusiasm of the southern cities and provinces and put into effect the talent exchanges and club's operative system kept with the international track.
