摘要
对新型植物生长调节剂三十烷基磷酸酯钾(TPK)在大豆上的应用进行了实验研究,结果发现:TPK可提高大豆叶片叶绿素含量23 37%~26.40%,其中叶绿素b含量增加5.44%~7.56%;提高光合速率9.63%~14.42%.同时提高了过氧化物酶(POD)活性5.50%~16.90%,降低大豆下胚轴吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性16.51%~28.58%.TPK可促进大豆植株生长,使株高增加27.80%,茎粗增加37.30%,茎、叶鲜重分别增加99.20%,62.30%,增加荚鲜重70.30%,可使单株荚数增加1.8个,瘪荚数下降0.8个,百粒重增加0.8g,增产18.60%,提高了大豆蛋白质和脂肪含量.
TPK plant growth regulator can increase the chlorophyll content of soybean leaf 23.37%~26.40%, increase the content of chlb 5.44%~7.56%. It also can improve photosynthetic rate 9.63%~14.42%, improve the activity of peroxidase 5.50%~(16.90%, )redcuce the activity of IAA oxidase 16.51%~28.69% in soybean hypocotyls. TPK can improve the growth of soybean plant, increase the height of plant 27.80%, increase the thick of stem 37.3%, increase FW of stem and leaf 99.20%,62.30%, increase FW of pods (70.30%.It) can increase pod numbers 8.60% perplant, drop the numbers of empty pods (0.8 perplant,) increase 100-grain weight 0.8 g, increase yield 18.60%, improve quality of soybean.
