摘要
运用生物力学方法,从机能解剖学角度对弯道蹬冰动作中下肢关节的工作顺序及发力时机进行了分析,并从速滑运动员不同滑行阶段关节的角度变化,蹬冰阶段下肢关节角度的动态变化及蹬冰脚关节角速度的变化三方面进行了研究,得出了速滑蹬冰技术中下肢关节工作顺序是髋、膝、踝,为速滑运动员蹬冰技术提高提供了理论依据.
