速滑蹬冰下肢关节工作顺序分析 被引量:2

摘要  运用生物力学方法,从机能解剖学角度对弯道蹬冰动作中下肢关节的工作顺序及发力时机进行了分析,并从速滑运动员不同滑行阶段关节的角度变化,蹬冰阶段下肢关节角度的动态变化及蹬冰脚关节角速度的变化三方面进行了研究,得出了速滑蹬冰技术中下肢关节工作顺序是髋、膝、踝,为速滑运动员蹬冰技术提高提供了理论依据. Using biomethanics method,pedaling ice movement working order,low limbs of joint and have an effect to curved dish opportunity analysing to go on to pedal in terms of function anatomy and the angle of the joint of slippery athlete's different stages of sliding changes rapidly separately.Pedaling ice the dynamic change of low limbs joint angle of stageand pedaling three respects of change of pedaling ice the angular speed of leg joint to explain.Draw speed skating pedaling ice technology low limbs joint working analysis results of order to pedal.Offer the theoretical foundation for the elite rational technology. Hope to offer reference for the fact that the cross-country athlete improves and upgrades its movement technology.
