摘要
流曲线曲面外型能极大地减小运动物体前进过程中的阻力,是曲面造型一个新的发展方向。文章基于这种理论把流曲线曲面造型引入到齿轮挤压成形型腔曲面设计中,系统地讨论了齿轮挤压成形型腔流曲线曲面参数方程的构造原理和建立方法,并应用Pro/ENGINEER建立了型腔的几何模型,初步实现了流曲线曲面型腔造型基本理论、数学建模和相关算法。
Stream curve and surface modeling becomes the new trend in surface modeling because such curve and surface can reduce the flow object's resistance,and it is introduced into the mould cavity design of gear extrusion in this paper. The principle and method of constructing stream surface parameterized equations are discussed systematically,and the geometric modeling is achieved by applying the software Pro/ENGINEER. The related algorithm is also presented.
