摘要
对二次放行飞行计划时能否以最终目标机场做初始目标机场的备降场等问题进行了讨论,通过理论分析和实际计算证明:以最终目标机场做初始目标机场的备降场的二次放行,一般不能增加业载,而且会使业载减少。当以最终目标机场做初始目标机场的备降场时,如果在二次放行点的剩余油量少于正常情况的再次放行所需油量,但满足做无备降场的二次放行的油量和气象条件的要求,可以由二次放行点再次放行到最终目标机场。
It discusses a problem: if or not it is possible to take a final destination airport as an emergency landing place of the airport from where the plane set off,when an aviation permit for the second phase is under planning.Through a theoretical analysis and data processing,it proves that taking the final destination airport as an airdrome of stand-by and in case of the remaining fuel,at the time when the second phase aviation permit is granted, being less than remaining fuel required under normal conditions,while meeting the fuel and climate conditions set forth for a none-stand-by airport arrangement at the time when the second phase aviation permit is given,then the permit is eligible to cover the distance till the final destination.
