飞机除冰液快速加热实验系统及温度控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 在分析老式飞机除冰车缺陷的基础上,设计了用于研制开发即热式飞机除冰车的飞机除冰液快速加热系统实验台,并做了大量实验。通过分析试验数据,建立加热系统温度控制数学模型,并在计算机上进行了仿真。试验与仿真结果表明,新型飞机除冰液快速加热系统较老式系统准备时间短,工作更节能,并有良好的精度及抗扰动性能。 The article is composed on the basis of analyzing the shortcomings of outdated aircraft deicing vehicle,and introduces that an experimental system which is designed to develop an instant aircraft heating-deicing vehicle,and many experiments have been performed.Via analyzing the data,a mathematical model of the temperature controlling system is established and authenticated simulated on a computer.The result of experiments and of the simulation show that the new type of aircraft deicing fluid instant heating system,with shorter preparing time and less energy cost,is satisfactory for its precise control and antijamming property.
