摘要
本文根据等温压缩实验所得ZTC4合金应力 应变数据 ,通过回归法得出该材料温成形数学模型 ,应用刚塑性有限元法模拟ZTC4合金筒形件的等温挤压成形 ,着重探讨ZTC4合金等温挤压成形过程中 ,温度、速度、润滑等因素对金属流动的影响 ,为该类零件等温挤压成形工艺提供科学依据。
This paper base on stress-strain data gaining from iserthermalcompression experiment,then attain the material's warm deformation mathematical model through regression,adopt rigid - plastic finite element method ,simulate iserthermal-extrusion deformation of ZTC4 alloy can , in terms of metal flowing during extruding course, emphatically discuss the in fluences of on speed , temperature , lubrication etc. Iserthermal-extrusion TC4 alloy.The results provided reliable reference factor, for isothermal extrusion defoming of this kind of workings offer the reliable reference basis.
