摘要
本文探索出一种镁合金焊丝挤压成形新工艺 ,简要阐述了该种工艺挤压成形的基本试验过程、试验装置。通过试验发现 ,挤压力是镁合金焊丝制备工艺过程的关键 ,探讨了影响挤压力的各种因素 ,如 :坯料温度、变形速度、变形程度、润滑条件及挤压模形状与尺寸。同时 ,以挤压1 2mm镁合金焊丝为例 ,运用主应力法计算得到了焊丝挤压过程中稳定变形阶段模具出口部分、锥形部分、挤压筒部分的单位挤压力 ,以及挤压机上的单位挤压力 ,试验发现计算所得的挤压机上的单位挤压力与实测值基本接近 ,并且可通过取定补偿系数的方法修正 ,利用该计算值 ,通过控制挤压力 ,首次成功制备出1 2mm镁合金焊丝。在此基础上运用该种计算方法分别计算出挤压1 6mm、2 0mm、2 4mm、3 0mm镁合金焊丝所需的单位挤压力 ,并在试验中成功制备出上述焊丝。
This paper put forward a new method of extruding magnesium alloy welding wire,expounded the basic process of extruding forming and experiment equipment in brief.The authors found the extruding stress is the key to the process of extruding magnesium alloy welding wire,and discussed the factors that affect extruding stress such as lubricating condition, flan temperature ,velocity of forming and the shape and size of mold.By using the method of main stress,this paper calculated the extruding stress of outlet of mold,awl and extruding canister in the stage of steady forming in extruding 1.2mm magnesium alloy welding wire and got the extruding stress of compressor, found the extruding stress calculated is close to the real extruding stress and can be amended by using compensation modulus, and based on the extruding stress calculated , by controlling the extruding stress extruded 1.2mm magnesium alloy welding wire successfully.Based on this method ,this paper calculated the extruding stress of extruding 1.6、2.0、2.4、3.0mm magnesium alloy welding wire,and extruded the above-mentioned welding wire successfully.
