摘要
正确认识粉末烧结材料屈服函数形状和性质 ,对于其塑性变形分析有重要意义。本文通过空间解析几何分析 ,证明了粉末烧结材料屈服函数在n平面、Pπ 平面和Pσ 平面上的粉末烧结材料屈服面截面轮廓曲线都为椭圆 ,在主应力空间中形状为椭球面。揭示了粉末烧结材料屈服函数与简化屈服函数之间的关系 ,并指出简化屈服函数的形状分别为双椭圆锥面和双六棱锥面。
It is important to plastic deformation analysis for we to understand correctly the geometrical form and properties of yield function of sintered powder materials.In this paper the elliptical cross sections of yield function of sintered powder materials in planes of π,P_π and P_σ are verified by three-dimensional geometrical analysis, and elliptical sphere of yield function in principal stress coordinates is deducted.The relations between yield function and simplified yield function of sintered powder materials are revealed, and the geometrical forms of simplified yield function are twin elliptical cones and twin hexagonal pyramids respectively.
