摘要
白沙历明初程朱理学向心学转向之文化转型期,禀儒释道三家于心性修炼上的进一步交融互摄之时代思潮,在岭南地区特有的社会文化背景下,兼宗儒道,创造性地继承和发展了道家心性修养理论,提出了"自然为宗"、"率乎自然"的修养宗旨,阐明了"求之吾心"、"养之以静"的修养方法,体悟出"物我两忘"、"自得无累"的修养境界,形成了独具特色的白沙心学。
living in transitional period from CHENG and ZHU's LI-theory to XIN-theory and distinctive social cultural background in the area covering Guangdong and Guangxi, Bai-sha succeeded and developed creatively Taoist theory of XINXING(明的)-cultivating by merging Taoism with Confucianism and Buddhism into a unity in which Bai-sha puts forward a purport of 'founding on nature', a method of 'probing into one's mind and keeping quiet', and an ideal state of 'forgetting both the outside and inner world'.
