芳香型植物挥发油抑菌活性的研究 被引量:36

摘要 根据中国森林生态网络体系城市森林建设需要,为了给生态保健型绿化模式选择具有分泌植物杀菌素的芳香型树种,研究了樟树、龙柏、侧柏、广玉兰、雪松等5种树种的植物挥发物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,这5种供试树种植物挥发油均具抑菌活性。对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌活性为龙柏(强)>香樟(强)>广玉兰(具活性)>侧柏(具活性)>雪松(具活性);对大肠杆菌抑菌活性为侧柏(强)>广玉兰(较强)>龙柏(较强)>香樟(较强)>雪松(具活性)。其中以龙柏、香樟植物挥发油的抑菌作用强,是城市森林生态保健型绿化模式选择的好树种;广玉兰、侧柏、雪松的抑菌活性潜力尚待进一步研究。 To meet the need of city forest ecological network system construction and ecological healthy virescence modes choice,five aromatic tress with the antibacterial secretion were tested against Staphalococus aureus and Escherichia coli.The results showed as follows:1)The ranking of the activities against Staphalococus aureus was of Sabina chinensis 'Kaizuca'>Cinnamomum camphorn L.>Magnolia grandiflora L.>Platycladus orientali>Cedrus atlantica.2)The ranking of the activities against Escherichina coli was of Platycladus orientali>Magnolia grandiflora L.>Sabina chinensis 'Kaizuca'>Cinnamomun camphorn L.>Cedrus atlantica.The antibacterial activities of volatile oils from C.camphorn and S.chinensis were strong as good choices for ecological healthy virescence modes in city while the activities of volatile oils from Magnolia grandiflora L.,Cedrus atlantica L. and Platycladus orientalis should be researched further.
