Microsurgery for intracranial arachnoid cyst of children:A report of 32 cases

目的 :探讨儿童颅内蛛网膜囊肿的临床特点、手术适应证、手术方法及显微手术需要解决的一些问题。方法 :回顾我院 32例儿童颅内蛛网膜囊肿的临床资料 ,对其进行总结。结果 :经显微手术能有效治疗儿童颅内蛛网膜囊肿 ,对儿童颅内蛛网膜囊肿需采取积极的手术治疗。结论 :只要掌握儿童 IAC的手术适应证和手术方法 ,显微外科可以改善症状 ,控制癫痫 ,是治疗儿童 IAC的理想方法。

Objective: To probe the clinical features of intracranial arachnoid cyst in children, the operational indications, the operational method and some problems needed to be resolved in microsurgery. Method: We retrospectively analyzed and summed up the clinical materials of 32 cases of intracranial arachnoid cyst in children in our hospital. Result: Microsurgery was able to be used for intracranial arachnoid cyst in children effectively so the positive operation treatment should be taken in this disease. Conclusion:So long as we have a good command of the operational indication and operational method of children’s IAC microsurgery can improve symptom and control epilepsy.This is the idea method for children's IAC.
