高师体育专业学生的能力现状及培养

The Present Situation and Development of Students' Abilities Majoring in P.E.in Normal University

通过江西省部分高师体育专业学生的能力状况调查发现:体育专业学生普遍存在专业思想素质较差、专业知识能力水平较低和组织管理能力不足等现象,尤其是教学能力较差.究其根源既有教学脱离实际之因,也有重传道、授业、解惑而轻能力培养之弊端.要改变此局面,以培养出能力强、素质好的体育教师,一定要注重学生能力的培养.

Based on the investigation,the essay analyzes some facts that exist in students majoring in P.E.in normal universities:the theoretical abilities are poor;and the level of professional knowledge is low;and the administrative abilities are not strong.Especially the teaching abilities are disappointing.The reason for university lies in many ways:the teaching method is separated from the fact;and attaching great importance to knowledge but neglecting the training of abilities.In order to change that situation and train the capable P.E.teachers,the university will stress on the development of students' abilities.
