摘要
本文论证了由大宁河补水入丹江的必要性。认为抽水电力可由系统中的低谷容量和调节性能差的水电站所提供 ;抽水季节限定在 5~ 11月的丰水期 ,这样不会影响三峡机组的出力 ;枯水季节因为不抽水 ,所以对航运和发电不会产生任何影响 ,汛后蓄满三峡水库也无问题 ;堵河一侧修建电站之后 ,除可为均匀调水提供调节库容外 ,尚具有发出峰电的抽水蓄能效益和防洪效益。这些电力可在华中地区吸纳 ,不需要远距离输送到华东、广东。按不同的方式估算 ,补水成本介于 0 1~ 0 3 5元 m3之间。文章修改了原来提出的方案 ,认为可根据调水需要 ,对补水工程予以分期实施。补水工程与现在的中线工程不相重叠 ,对现行方案无影响 ,但作为中线调水水源问题的必要补充 ,现在应予以研究。
The necessity of diverting water from Daning river to Danjiang river is discassed in this paper.It is considered that the power for pumping water can be supplied by the capacity of the hydropower stations with poor adjustment ability in the system.The period of pumping water is from May to November,when the inflow is abundant.Hence the output of units of the Three Gorges power station will not be affected.In the other months,however,the inflow of the Yangtze river is less.No more water is pumped from the Three Gorges reservoir during this period.Therefore the navigation and power generation will not be affected at all.And after the flood period,there is also enough time to fill up the Three Gorges reservoir.After the power stations on the Du river is constructed,the relative reservoirs will provide the adjustable storage capacity.Furthermore all stations on the Du river will supply the peak power as well as control of flood.The peak energy generated can be absorbed in the area of Central-China.So there is no need to transmit the electricity distantly to the East-China and Guangdong province.Estimating by different ways,the cost of compensating water is $0.1~0.3 Yuan/m +3.The original scheme which was discussed last year in this journal is now modified.It is considered that the water complementation would be put into practice by construction stages according to the water division requirement.The water complementation project discussed here and the present water division project of the middle route would not be constructed at same time.As a result,there is no influence on the active scheme,But the water complementation scheme related to South-to-North division project should be studied now in details.
